Our Vision

Mission (What we’re trying to do) – To bring glory to God by making disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20)

Vision (Our intended result) – To hasten Jesus’ return by raising up churches full of ambassadors for Christ who are so in love with Him that they joyfully and sacrificially dedicate their time, their money, and their lives to making His glory known both locally and to the ends of the earth. (Matthew 24:14 & 2 Corinthians 5:17-21)

Core Values (Nonnegotiables that define who we are)

Word Driven – The Word of God is the means by which disciples are made. It is through God’s Word that people come to know Him, to love Him, and to grow to become more like Him. Therefore, the Word of God must be both the road map and the driving force behind everything we do. (Romans 10:17, 2 Corinthians 3:18, 2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Almighty God Centered – God is the reason we make disciples. He made us, He sustains us, He calls us, He saves us, He transforms us, and He sends us out. He is the all sufficient, all satisfying, King of the Universe. Therefore, we will center our lives and our church on Him, and we will make the pursuit of Him our top priority. (Colossians 1:15-17, Romans 8:28-30, Matthew 28:18, Psalm 16:11, Isaiah 46:9, 1 Corinthians 10:31, Jeremiah 29:13)

Totally Dependent – Jesus said that without Him we can do nothing. Therefore, in order to make disciples, we must be totally dependent on Him. We must become a house of prayer where praying is not merely one of the many things we do but the foundation and power source of everything we do. (John 15:5 & 7, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, James 5:17-18, Acts 1:14 & 2:42)

Encouraging and Equipping – To make disciples we must be both encouraged and equipped. Therefore, we will strive to give our people the motivation, the support, and tools they need to go and make disciples of all nations. (Ephesians 4:11-16, Acts 14:21-22 & 20:18-21)

Relational and Reproducing – Healthy disciples are both relational and reproducing. They make disciples, who make disciples, who make disciples, and they do so in the context of relationships. Therefore, we will strive to connect with and build strong, redemptive, relationships with both believers and unbelievers alike and to teach others to do the same. (Matthew 28:19-20 & 22:39, 1 Corinthians 9:19-23, Acts 2:42-47, Mark 4:33-34, Matthew 9:9-13 & 11:19)

Spirit Led and Sacrificial – In order to make disciples, we must be led by the Spirit and willing to do whatever He calls us to do. We must constantly lay everything on the table, allowing God to show us what’s best. Once He does, we must be willing to trust Him, take up our cross, and follow Him wherever He may lead. (Luke 14:25-33, Ephesians 5:15-16, Matthew 4:18-22, Acts 8:26-39 & 16:6-10)
